I volunteered at GallopNYC the other week for the first time, where I did barn work to maintain the barn and horses. My duties included filling water buckets, cleaning feed pans, and filling hay bags before I realized I was allergic to the hay (lol). I would like to volunteer as a lead-walker next time, where I will lead hoses during therapeutic riding classes with the children.
